Freelancer Policy

Welcome to TaskyFox! This policy outlines the terms, responsibilities, and expectations for freelancers using our platform. By registering and using TaskyFox, you agree to comply with this Freelancer Policy.

1. Acceptance of Policy

By using TaskyFox, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Account Registration

To use TaskyFox, you must register an account as a freelancer. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Take full responsibility for any activity conducted under your account.

3. User Roles

As a freelancer on TaskyFox, you can offer various services and interact with service seekers. You are responsible for accurately representing your skills and qualifications in your profile.

4. Prohibited Activities

While using TaskyFox, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities, including but not limited to:

• Pornography or adult content-related services.
• Arms dealing or the trade of weapons.
• Fraud, money laundering, or any other financial crimes.
• Activities that violate local, national, or international laws.

False Representations: Misrepresenting your identity, qualifications, or services offered is strictly prohibited.

Harassment and Exploitation: Engaging in any form of harassment, intimidation, or exploitation of other users is forbidden.

Harmful or Offensive Content: Posting content that is defamatory, offensive, or intended to incite violence or hatred is not allowed.

Unauthorized Activities: Using automated scripts, bots, or other unauthorized tools to access or interact with TaskyFox is prohibited.

Violations of these rules, including involvement in illegal activities, will result in account suspension or termination, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Payments & Fees

TaskyFox does not charge any fees to freelancers for using the platform. You are free to negotiate project terms, including scope and payment, directly with service seekers. TaskyFox does not manage, oversee, or take responsibility for payment agreements or financial disputes that occur outside the platform.

6. User Responsibilities

As a freelancer, you are responsible for:

• Completing projects with professionalism and mutual respect.
• Communicating clearly and promptly with service seekers.
• Delivering quality work that meets the agreed-upon standards and deadlines.
• Maintaining transparency regarding your skills, experience, and project capabilities.

7. Dispute Resolution and Liability

TaskyFox is not responsible for any disputes, false commitments, or breaches of agreement between freelancers and service seekers. If you encounter issues regarding deliverables, quality, or payments, you must resolve them directly with the service seeker.

TaskyFox will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or legal issues arising from your use of the platform.

8. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content, information, and materials you submit on TaskyFox. However, by uploading or submitting content, you grant TaskyFox a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and share your content as necessary to provide the services.

9. Termination of Account

TaskyFox reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including breaches of this policy or engaging in prohibited activities.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TaskyFox, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the platform, violation of this policy, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Amendments to the Policy

TaskyFox reserves the right to modify or update this Freelancer Policy at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
